These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheGamingOfWorld at thegamingofworld.xyz and related services (the "Service"), operated by Cosmo Fame Limited. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old to use TheGamingOfWorld. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Service Description

TheGamingOfWorld is a global superstar fantasy football platform. Users build virtual squads from players across top leagues worldwide, including La Liga, Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, and other competitions we support. You compete in private leagues, public leaderboards, and seasonal contests based on real-world match performance.

The Service is designed primarily for users in Spain and other European markets. Features, pricing, and available leagues may vary by region. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

TheGamingOfWorld is an entertainment product. It is not a gambling service, betting platform, or financial product. See our Disclaimer for further details.

Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current registration information and keep it updated.
• Notify us immediately at support@thegamingofworld.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Use only one personal account unless we explicitly authorise multiple accounts.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.

Subscriptions

TheGamingOfWorld offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans may include premium stats, advanced squad tools, private league slots, and ad-free browsing. Current pricing is displayed on the site at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

We use third-party payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and others as displayed). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension of premium features.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes apply from your next renewal cycle.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform or manipulate scores, rankings, or leagues.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or third-party data feeds.
• Post, transmit, or share content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonate another person, club, or organisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent paywalls, security measures, or geographic restrictions.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing schemes, or any activity that undermines fair competition in leagues.

We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on TheGamingOfWorld, including text, graphics, logos, software, scoring algorithms, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Cosmo Fame Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Player names, club badges, league logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We use them under licence or fair use for identification in a fantasy sports context. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club or league unless explicitly stated.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmo Fame Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including mandatory rights for users in Spain and the European Union.

Termination

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@thegamingofworld.xyz. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a legal risk, or harms other users or the platform.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Contact) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including Spain) grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or Spain, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
